Welcome to Diver's Community CIC! We are a Birmingham-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting rough sleepers and homeless individuals. Our shipping policy ensures that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Processing Time

• All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of ordering.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but please allow at least 7 business days for your package to arrive before contacting us about a potential issue.

Lost Packages

• If you suspect your package is lost, please wait at least 7 days from the expected delivery date before contacting us.
